Terms

Terms of Use

Effective date: May 19, 2026

These Terms describe the use of Billdro, an app for creating job records and proof-of-work reports for independent service professionals. By using Billdro, users agree to these Terms. If a user does not agree, they should not use the app.

Important: Billdro is an organization and reporting tool. It is not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, employment, safety, licensing, compliance, collection, payroll, contracting, or payment-processing advice.

Use of the App

Users are responsible for the job information, client information, photos, notes, estimates, and reports they create or send. Users should only capture and share information they have the right to collect and disclose.

Users are responsible for reviewing every report, message, amount, checklist item, payment reminder, review request, and exported record before using it with a client, customer, employee, subcontractor, government agency, insurer, accountant, or other third party.

No Professional Advice

Billdro does not provide professional advice and does not replace a user's own judgment, contracts, invoices, payment systems, accountant, attorney, insurer, safety professional, licensing board, employer, or local regulator. Users are responsible for deciding whether a workflow, report, photo, estimate, reminder, or message is appropriate for their business and location.

Worldwide Availability

Billdro may be made available through Apple storefronts in many countries and regions. Users are responsible for using Billdro only where their use is lawful and appropriate for their trade, client agreements, recordkeeping obligations, privacy obligations, employment status, licensing requirements, consumer-protection rules, and tax obligations. If local law does not allow a user to use Billdro or a particular workflow, the user must not use that workflow.

For users in the United States, laws and rules can vary by state, county, city, industry, license type, contract, and client category. Billdro does not determine whether a user is properly licensed, bonded, insured, authorized to perform work, authorized to collect data, authorized to send messages, or authorized to request payment.

Client Consent and Photos

Users are responsible for obtaining any permission required before photographing property, people, work sites, private spaces, documents, access codes, license plates, addresses, or other identifying details. Users should not use Billdro to record confidential, private, regulated, or restricted information unless they have a lawful business reason and permission to do so.

No Safety-Critical Use

Billdro is not designed for emergency response, hazardous-work authorization, safety certification, medical care, building-code approval, legal notice, debt collection, employee discipline, or any workflow where inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or misunderstood information could create a risk of injury, property damage, legal harm, or regulatory violation.

Payments, Estimates, and Amounts

Billdro may let users record amount text, payment status, due dates, manual payment links, estimates, follow-ups, and client messages. Billdro does not process payments, verify payment links, guarantee that a client will pay, decide whether money is owed, collect debts, calculate taxes, or determine whether an estimate, invoice, reminder, fee, charge, discount, or refund is lawful or enforceable.

Users are responsible for confirming all amounts, terms, taxes, due dates, payment instructions, contract language, refund policies, and collection practices before sending them to anyone.

Local Records and Backups

The current app is local-first and does not include a Billdro cloud account, hosted report service, or developer-operated database. Private backup and sync use Apple's iCloud/CloudKit services when available on the user's Apple ID and devices. Users are responsible for keeping iCloud and device backups enabled and exporting or sharing records they want to keep outside the app. Billdro is not responsible for records lost because of device loss, app deletion, operating system failure, disabled iCloud, or unavailable Apple services.

AI Assist

Billdro Pro may include optional AI Assist features that help draft reports, client messages, payment follow-ups, review requests, and action items from selected job information. AI output is generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular client or jurisdiction. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output before sending, storing, or relying on it.

AI Assist is not a substitute for professional judgment and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, employment, safety, licensing, collections, or payment-processing advice. AI output may omit facts, misunderstand job details, use the wrong tone, suggest an unsuitable action, or produce text that should not be sent to a client. Users should not submit highly sensitive information to AI Assist.

Billdro does not promise that AI output will be accurate, complete, available, secure against every risk, accepted by a client, useful for a dispute, compliant with law, or appropriate for any particular business outcome.

Subscriptions and Trials

Paid subscriptions and free trials are managed through Apple's App Store systems when offered in the iOS app. Billdro Pro may include monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscription options. The App Store purchase sheet shows the current price, trial availability, billing period, currency, taxes where applicable, and confirmation before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple account settings. Apple controls billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and Family Sharing behavior. Billdro cannot cancel an App Store subscription on a user's behalf.

Features, limits, trial availability, and pricing may differ by storefront, platform, version, account status, device capability, network availability, Apple service availability, or App Store configuration.

Disclaimers

Billdro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. Florida Logic Studio LLC does not make warranties that Billdro will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, free from data loss, suitable for every trade, or accepted by every client, platform, regulator, insurer, or court.

Billdro does not guarantee payment collection, dispute outcomes, customer reviews, business growth, tax treatment, legal compliance, or client satisfaction. Reports are user-created business records, not official certifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Florida Logic Studio LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost data, lost goodwill, client disputes, payment disputes, chargebacks, legal claims, regulatory issues, safety incidents, or business interruption related to use of Billdro.

Where liability cannot be excluded, any liability will be limited to the greater of the amount the user paid for Billdro in the 12 months before the claim or 100 U.S. dollars, unless a different limit is required by applicable law.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent allowed by law, users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Florida Logic Studio LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from their use of Billdro, their records or reports, their client communications, their violation of these Terms, or their violation of another person's rights or applicable law.

Acceptable Use

Third-Party Services

Billdro may rely on Apple services for app distribution, purchases, subscriptions, iCloud/CloudKit, device features, photo selection, sharing, and system accessibility features. Optional AI Assist may rely on an AI processing provider. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and account settings.

Exported Reports and Shared Messages

Once a user exports, shares, texts, emails, prints, screenshots, or otherwise sends a report or message outside Billdro, that copy is controlled by the destination app, recipient, device, service provider, or user action. Users are responsible for checking recipients, attachments, screenshots, and message contents before sending.

Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Florida and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a user's local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Changes

Billdro may change features, pricing, supported platforms, or these Terms over time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of Billdro after changes means the user accepts the updated Terms, except where local law requires a different process.
