Billdro Privacy Policy

Billdro is a local-first app for service professionals. The current app stores job records, client notes, checklists, photos, payment status, and report drafts on the user's device. Private backup and sync use Apple's iCloud/CloudKit services for the user's Apple ID where available, not a developer-operated Billdro account database. Optional AI Assist sends selected job text to Billdro's AI processor only when the user taps an AI action.

Short version: Billdro does not use ads, tracking SDKs, marketplaces, payment processing, or public profiles in the current version. Apple handles App Store purchases. Users control what job and client information they enter. AI Assist is optional and processes only the selected job/report text needed to return the requested draft, summary, or action items.

Information Users May Store

Users may choose to store client names, company names, phone numbers, email addresses, access notes, preferences, manual payment links, before and after photos, service notes, checklists, amount text, due dates, payment status, review request drafts, and report history.

Billdro does not require users to enter sensitive personal information. Users should keep records limited to ordinary business information that they have permission to collect, store, and share.

User Responsibility for Client Data

Billdro is designed for ordinary service-business records. Users are responsible for getting any client permission required before capturing photos, notes, contact details, property details, or other personal information. Users should avoid storing payment credentials, government identifiers, health information, or other highly sensitive data in Billdro.

Users are responsible for complying with privacy, recording, workplace, tenant, homeowner, consumer-protection, confidentiality, contract, and industry rules that apply to their work. Billdro does not decide whether a user has the right to collect or disclose a particular piece of client, property, employee, contractor, or job-site information.

Local-First Design

The current version keeps core records in app storage and can be configured for private iCloud/CloudKit backup and sync. Florida Logic Studio LLC does not collect those user-created records in a Billdro account service, report-hosting service, or developer-operated sync database.

Device Backup and Sync

Private iCloud/CloudKit backup and sync may be available for supported Apple devices signed into the same Apple ID. Users are responsible for keeping iCloud available on their devices. If team accounts, hosted report links, payment integrations, or support uploads are added later, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before those features are released.

No Sale, Sharing, Ads, or Tracking

Billdro does not sell user, client, job, or photo data. Billdro does not use advertising identifiers, cross-app tracking, ad networks, data brokers, or third-party marketing profiles in the current version. Billdro does not share user-created job records for third-party advertising.

AI Assist

Billdro Pro may include optional AI Assist features for improving reports, drafting client messages, creating payment follow-ups, suggesting action items, and polishing review requests. AI Assist sends the selected job title, trade, client name, amount, payment status, notes, checklist text, photo count, and report draft to Billdro's AI processing endpoint when the user taps an AI action.

AI Assist is not intended for sensitive data. Users should not include payment credentials, government identifiers, health information, private access codes, security details, background-check information, financial account details, or other highly sensitive client data in AI requests. AI responses are suggestions and should be reviewed before sharing with clients.

AI Assist requests may be processed by a third-party AI provider on Billdro's behalf. Billdro uses AI Assist to return the requested draft, summary, message, or action items, not for advertising or cross-app tracking. Users should assume that information they send to AI Assist leaves the device for processing.

Support Messages

If a user contacts support, they choose what information to include in the message. Support messages may include the user's email address, device or app details they provide, subscription context they mention, and any screenshots or text they choose to send. Users should avoid sending private client data unless it is necessary to troubleshoot their request.

Legal Requests and Safety

Florida Logic Studio LLC may preserve, disclose, or use information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect users, protect the app, investigate abuse, enforce terms, prevent fraud, or defend legal claims.

Security

Billdro uses platform-provided Apple storage, StoreKit, iCloud/CloudKit, and system sharing features where applicable. No app, device, cloud provider, AI provider, network, or backup system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Users should protect their Apple ID, device passcode, backups, exported reports, shared messages, and any payment links or access notes they choose to store.

What Billdro Does Not Do

Purchases

Paid plans or trials are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple controls billing, refunds, taxes, subscription management, and App Store purchase history.

International Users

Billdro is operated from the United States and may be available in multiple Apple storefronts. App Store purchases, taxes, refund handling, and subscription management are handled by Apple according to the user's storefront and Apple account settings. If a user uses AI Assist or contacts support from outside the United States, information they provide may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate.

Retention and Deletion

Local app records remain on the user's device unless the user edits, deletes, exports, removes the app, changes device storage, or changes iCloud behavior. iCloud copies are controlled through the user's Apple ID and Apple settings. AI Assist requests and support messages may be retained only as needed to operate, secure, improve, troubleshoot, or legally protect the service, subject to applicable provider controls and legal requirements.

Privacy Requests

Because the launch app does not use a Billdro account database, most job, client, photo, and report records are controlled directly on the user's device and Apple ID. Users can delete local records in the app or through device/app storage controls. For support messages or privacy questions sent to Florida Logic Studio LLC, users may contact support and request access, correction, or deletion where required by applicable law.

Children

Billdro is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children. Users should not use Billdro to collect information from children unless they have a lawful business reason and all required permissions.

Changes to This Policy

Billdro may update this Privacy Policy when features, providers, legal requirements, or business operations change. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
